For letting go, whenever a same thought circulates in the mind, whenever there is worry, and for mind heaviness, chant the mantra, “OM HUM NAMAHA”.
Say you have applied for a loan or you are stuck in the traffic jam. But, progress or flow is stagnated.
The papers will move from branch office to Regional Office, Zonal Office, and finally to Head office. During this movement of papers, it may get stuck up at any one of those offices.
It is not moving because there is no space. To create movement from the blockage, the space has to be created, movement has to be initiated and flow has to be restored.
Chant this combination – “OM VUM NAMAHA, OM HUM NAMAHA, OM YUM NAMAHA”.
Om Hum Namaha will create that space, Om Yum Namaha to initiate the movement and Om Vum Namaha to restore the flow.
This combination of Bija Mantras is for getting out of the stagnation.

We can chant the names of the five pranas as switch words. They are very important to our life. Chant their names, “PRANA APANA VYANA UDHANA SAMANA”. It will help your pranic body.
Particularly among these five pranas, UDHANAN is very important. It does not mean that others are less important. If UDHANAN is not activated, when the time comes for death, the person will not die and will be bedridden, prolonging the dying process.
For this, activation of UDHANA is very important. When UDHANAN works in the body, the prana goes out of the body. If UDHANAN is not functioning properly, the person will be in the death-bed for longer period of time.
How to activate these pranas?
Chant the mantra, “PRANAYA SWAHA, APANAYA SWAHA, VYANAYA SWAHA, UDHANAYA SWAHA, SAMANAYA SWAHA”.
Swaha means to prostrate.
Vyana is our gene. It is sitting in the pranic field.
When you’re stuck in a problem situation
If you are stuck in a problem then it means Udhana is not working properly. Be in Adi Mudra (thumb has to touch the base of the little finger, and it has to be closed by other four fingers, on both hands) and chant the switch words. From any problem – you will be able to come out of it.
When Udhana is not active – let us understand the principle here. When it is not active you are in the bed, that is, it is not coming out of the body. Like that when you are stuck in the problem you are not coming out of it. So your Udhana is not active. At that time with Adi Mudra, you can chant the mantra.
