Do not get stuck up in life

For letting go, whenever a same thought circulates in the mind, whenever there is worry, and for mind heaviness, chant the mantra, “OM HUM NAMAHA”.

Say you have applied for a loan or you are stuck in the traffic jam. But, progress or flow is stagnated.

The papers will move from branch office to Regional Office, Zonal Office, and finally to Head office. During this movement of papers, it may get stuck up at any one of those offices.

It is not moving because there is no space. To create movement from the blockage, the space has to be created, movement has to be initiated and flow has to be restored.

Chant this combination – “OM VUM NAMAHA, OM HUM NAMAHA, OM YUM NAMAHA”.

Om Hum Namaha will create that space, Om Yum Namaha to initiate the movement and Om Vum Namaha to restore the flow.

This combination of Bija Mantras is for getting out of the stagnation.

Build a relationship step by step

A girl was married 10 years back. From that time onwards till now, she was not allowed to visit her mother’s house at all. Neither she should talk to her family members nor should her parents visit her.

Chitra suggested her to chant “OM HAM NAMAHA, OM YAM NAMAHA, OM RAM NAMAHA, OM VAM NAMAHA, OM LAM NAMAHA”.

After chanting for three days she was allowed to go to her parent’s house.

Explanation

So it is an excellent mantra combination for relationship, building harmony in the family and develops understanding as well. It will also release all the imbalances in the chakras.

Ham – the desire to relate, comes to the space,

Yam – taken out by air, telepathy is established, and

Ram – the connection is established

Vam – to relate and

Lam – one calms down after manifestation of the desire

Is there any mantra to be chanted for world peace? Today I read about the bomb blast in Delhi HC and people’s body parts flying all over the place!!!

What can be chanted that such bad incidents stop happening and the world becomes a safer place to live for children, friends and family?

It is very disturbing to note that India – a peaceful loving country – is always tormented with terrorist attacks. You asked a right question at the right time. This question is perturbing me for quite some time.

“OM HOWM VUM JOOM SAHA” is one mantra which can protect places and people.

Atmospherically, the five elements are totally imbalanced in India.

  • Balance these five elements – Space, Air, fire, and water, Earth – by coming out of your body. Say, “I am the atman and not this body or mind”.
  • Say “ENTER CENTRE” visualizing yourself coming out of your body through your head.
  • Stand outside the body and say, “The atman (which is full of light) in association with Paramatman (universal soul) is sending light to balance and harmonize the five elements of India”.
  • Visualize a picture of peace covering all over India and its people, starting from your house covering up cities and states one by one and chant “OM HOWM VUM JOOM SAHA” for first two minutes
  • And “CHANGE DIVINE ORDER FIND DIVINE ORDER” for the next three minutes.
  • After finishing, say “I am the atman going back to this body”.

The whole of this exercise will take 10 minutes.

A group healing of minimum of 10 persons doing at the same time will be much better. Form a healing group and do it.

I liked the way you said about India’s peace. I also have a question but it may sound different. So pls don’t get me wrong.

Is there any chant which can make a good relationship between India and Pak, as I have many Pak friends from which I can say all are not terrorists?

Rishyasringa was a saint doing tapas (meditation) thousands and thousands of years ago, somewhere in the interior forests of Karnataka forest. In his surroundings snakes and frogs tigers and deer’s lived friendly.

OM GAM GANAPATHAYE NAMAHA

If the marriage is not happening even after a long period then chant OM GAM GANAPATHAYE NAMAHA. For others you can do concentric method or two circles method connecting each other can be used.  For those who could not find a proper match for marriage this mantra is used.

OM GAM GANAPATHAYE NAMAHA can be written by all. Writing this way is called as Likita Japam. If you write it in left hand (non-dominant hand) it is even more powerful.

Prosperity Mantra

As it is a prosperity mantra it can be used by all. If you do not know the source of money (for prosperity) then you can write this mantra many times. The mantra knows the intention behind your writing – whether it is for money or marriage.

It can be used for removing obstacles also.

Feeling alert after sleep

First we have to increase the fire element for which we can chant OM RAM NAMAHA. While sleeping we suddenly get up. The nature of fire is that it will never go down. But the nature of water is that it will always go down. It will always go towards the pit. For the fire to burn properly good air is required. For that chant Om Yum Namaha. If you chant both the bija mantras “OM RUM NAMAHA OM YUM NAMAHA”, we will become fully awake and we will be alert.

Improve your immunity

OM HOWM VUM JOOM SAHA

This mantra will improve the immunity of the body. It also purifies the atmosphere and it purifies the intra-cellular space. If you do this daily before bed, that place will not get earth quake. Such places will not be affected by earth quake up to 200 meters radius. When you are eating or drinking anything we can chant this mantra. But before eating or drinking anything, chant OM SURYAYA SWAHA, as it will purify the food.

Let the food provide nutrition to your body

OM SURYAYA SWAHA SURYAYA IDHAN NA MAMA – meaning I have offered this to you Oh Sun God and it is not mine. Before eating we have to chant this. Then only the food we eat will give nutrition, health, vitality etc. This can also be chanted when you receive money from somebody. In fact we can use this for whatever we receive from others.

How to Meditate

Meditation is an experience that no body can teach you. Neither can we go to deep into meditation suddenly as it’s a practice and a habit that is formed over a period of time.

Meditation means, to remain silent. Though, thoughts keep appearing. If any thought is present then it’s not meditation. How to remain thoughtless?

Remaining Silent With Releasing Techniques

How to remain silent in spite of thoughts? Mind can cling to picture or a mantra. Do we have a mantra for silence? There is no mantra for silence. However there is a technique to create silence. The technique is as follows:

  • When a thought comes don’t resist it. Say inside you, ‘this is my thought’. Thus, you disassociate yourself from the thought.
  • Then ask the question to yourself, ‘Can I let go this thought?’ It will go. You can also say “release”. Then it will go. Now there will be at least a one second gap between thoughts. This is equivalent to one hour of meditation. In general, we never have a gap between thoughts. In general we might have ten thoughts in one second.
  • If you do not want the “let go” step, then form your own mantra or word. When we say that mantra, we create a gap between the thoughts.
  • When a thought comes, interrupt it with the mantra and you will become silent. When another thought comes, say the mantra. The silence in between the mantra is meditation.

Pranic and physical bodies has to be in coordination

Our pranic body and physical body have to be in coordination. Otherwise, we can’t meditate. If we regulate our breathing pattern or do pranayama then they will be in coordination. This is because both breathing and prana have the same origin. When breathing is regulated, prana is regulated too.

Pranic body has to be clear of impurities

When the pranic body is clean, then the meditation can be done successfully. Why so much impurities in the pranic field. It’s due to the mind. My own sadness and worries create these impurities. With the help of pranayama, one can clean these impurities.

How to acquire a good breathing pattern?

  • When you meditate, place the index finger at the base of the thumb on both the hands. Breathing will get deeper and you could meditate properly, as shallow breathing spoils it.
  • Don’t take the index finger straight away move your finger to the base of the thumb. First touch the tip of thumb with the index finger. Then after some time, move the index finger to the middle of the thumb, and finally the base of the thumb.
  • Don’t do it mechanically. Feel the breath with a conscious awareness.
  • Observing your breathing is also a good way to meditate. This is part of meditation known as Vipasana meditation.

Space Meditation

  • After learning to breathe well, do the space meditation.
  • Be aware of the space between the chair you are sitting and the wall. Don’t look at the wall. Instead look at the space between you and the wall.
  • This is known as ‘Space Meditation’. Keep the eyes open throughout.

It’s nature of our mind to cling to something. You can choose a mantra to do that. After sometime you should be able to say goodbye to it. Mantra itself is not divinity. It means constantly thinking about a word, which is a mantra. Ultimately that also should go.

When it will go? We don’t know. May be, it’s not in this Janma.
