Self-protection is essential

Naran

To have self-protection, chant the mantra, “OM JOOM SAHA SAHA JOOM OM”.

After chanting this mantra for some time you have to intend that it forms a protective shield around the aura for the next twenty-four hours of that person.

Outermost layer of the aura is in gold color, and this mantra also produces gold color.

This mantra is a divine protection and it protects us from evil eye. It is also called divine armor.

It is also good mantra for fear. Saha removes fear. It will remove even fear of death. When you go out or someone in your house goes out, you can chant this mantra and affirm “be active in the outermost layer of so and so for the next 24 hours, by giving necessary divine protection.”

Joom increases one’s immunity and vitality. Jha word is Lord Vishnu’s word. The power of Vishnu is given in the word Joom.

Master of Death and Truth

Naran

I will give 8 Namas (names) of Yama, the Lord of death:

Dharmaraajam Namamyaham

Samanam Namamyaham

Krudhantham Namamyaham

Dhanda-dharam Namamyaham (the one who gives punishment)

Kaalam Namamyaham

Yamam Namamyaham

Punyamitram Namamyaham

Easam Namamyaham

The benefits of chanting the Mantra are:

  1. If you chant these daily, fear of death will not be there.
  2. The additional benefit is that, there won’t be any fire accident. Even if there is fire, no one will die. Everyone will be safe and alive.
  3. This can be told to Children and for those who tell a lot of lies. For those who are getting spoilt in bad company.  We can chant this for them. They will be brought back to good books. This mantra will help and be useful – not to fall into bad company and not to do bad deeds.

What does Kaalam mean?

Kaalam means time.

When time comes, he (Dharmaraja/Time) will give the end. He will not wait for anyone. Time and tide waits for none.

So, if we keep prostrating to him, then he will wait 🙂

Enhance your happiness skills-set

When we try to control, we lose control

In our lives, we have so much of likes and dislikes.

We have so much of desires too – desire to control the event, desire to change the other person etc.

Why there is always disharmony in us?

It is because we always have the desire to control or change other person.

There is desire for approval too.

We are leading our lives for the sake of others.

Even though we are fully secured, we want to save money. There is no limit for needs and desires.

If I like I will move with that person and if I do not like that person I will move away from him.

Whatever event comes to me then I decide that it should happen in a certain way and try to frame that event.

I always resist what is given to me.

I am afraid that I will be joyful and happy

Can we be without these desires?

Whatever the course the life takes let it take.

Can I watch my life myself like I watch the waves of the sea? Why I am not able to do this?

What is preventing me from observing my own life?

Because I fear that I may get back joy and innocence. Whatever the joy and innocence I had when I was five years old, I fear that I might get that back.

Though we are seekers of joy and happiness, we are not the seekers of innocence.

Is it possible to get childlike happiness?

For that there is a mantra. That is NAMASHIVAYAM.

This should be chanted in sets of five.

As I chant this mantra continuously all my desires turn into ashes.

The fear of death or the feeling of insecurity will go off.

I will come to know that I am nothing but Shiva, the ever-happy person.

Shiva means Mangalam, the person who is truly happy.

I have no regrets in my life

Guru Mangala

Since my return in Feb (called back) my brother-in-law was critical with Prostate cancer which was galloping, I have been constantly in touch with Balakumar.  I wish to bring to others a few more positive healings.

My brother-in-law Capt Sundaresan was dying in Coimbatore of prostate cancer. He was in a hospice and waiting for death. He was 79 years old.  The whole family was in a depression because he was everybody’s favorite person and they could not bear to see him suffer like this.  The indefinite waiting was agony for him and others.

I asked Naran for help. He asked us to chant the mantra “KUNCHITA PAADAM SHARANAM” and then “KAALAM NAMAMYAHAM” placed under his pillow and I gave WALNUT too.

For the family in waiting I added (Bach Flower Remedy) WALNUT and RED CHESTNUT (concern for the patient) along with RESCUE REMEDY (a difficult situation to handle) to the drinking water.

What was very surprising to the hospice staff is that in spite of the cancer spreading to all organs and mouth, why was he not in pain? They never gave any palliative, only care.  Everyone said, “He is not in pain because it is the good Karma he accumulated through the selfless life he has leaded.  He took so many people’s pain away and so their gratitude is helping him stay without pain”. No DOUBT.

But in my mind I was sure it is the Chants, The flowers and the constant affirmations, which we were guided by Balakumar, added to the Good Karma.

Capt died peacefully on March 10th, listening to MS Subbulakshmi‘s song “Kuraionrum Illai” (there are no more regrets for me) and as my sister-in-law was chanting the Gayatri mantra.

Thanks to Naran for this healing.

Manage your Prana, Manage your Health

We can chant the names of the five pranas as switch words. They are very important to our life. Chant their names, “PRANA APANA VYANA UDHANA SAMANA”. It will help your pranic body.

In death-bed

Particularly among these five pranas, UDHANAN is very important. It does not mean that others are less important. If UDHANAN is not activated, when the time comes for death, the person will not die and will be bedridden, prolonging the dying process.

For this, activation of UDHANA is very important. When UDHANAN works in the body, the prana goes out of the body. If UDHANAN is not functioning properly, the person will be in the death-bed for longer period of time.

How to activate these pranas?

Chant the mantra, “PRANAYA SWAHA, APANAYA SWAHA, VYANAYA SWAHA, UDHANAYA SWAHA, SAMANAYA SWAHA”.

Swaha means to prostrate.

Vyana is our gene. It is sitting in the pranic field.

When you’re stuck in a problem situation

If you are stuck in a problem then it means Udhana is not working properly. Be in Adi Mudra (thumb has to touch the base of the little finger, and it has to be closed by other four fingers, on both hands) and chant the switch words. From any problem – you will be able to come out of it.

When Udhana is not active – let us understand the principle here. When it is not active you are in the bed, that is, it is not coming out of the body. Like that when you are stuck in the problem you are not coming out of it. So your Udhana is not active. At that time with Adi Mudra, you can chant the mantra.
