Mind Control

Even after that solution is not visible, there is no progress and the problem is still there. At that time what we have to do? At that time only surrender will work.

AMBIKA ANADHINIDHANA ASWAROODA APARAJITHA – We have to chant this with full love. Ambika is the universal mother. When you call the universal mother there should be love from the heart.

Anadhinidhana means clearing or solving all types of obstacles or problems. When you go in the spiritual path there will be a lot of obstacles.

Ashwaroodaa – Aswa means a horse. Mind is not a monkey but it is a horse. You cannot channelize the mind or control as it moves so fast like a horse. One who controls this horse is Ashwaroodaa.

One who controls the mind or one who wins the mind is invincible.  Nobody can win him, but that is Aparaajithaa.

When you want success the mind should not be there. So the mind should die. When will the mind die? That is only when you surrender.

Till I find the solution I will fight. But when I am not able to solve the problem I will surrender, the mind dies and then the Divine will start acting.

Till such time you surrender, the Divine will be silent. When you surrender as you cannot endure any more, then the Divine will wake up. When mind is active, the Divine is inactive and when the Mind in inactive, the Divine is active.

It is very difficult to understand the life. One who wins the mind can understand the life better.

Even after this, it is not happening means then what you desire is not for you and therefore, you can give up.

Enhance your happiness skills-set

When we try to control, we lose control

In our lives, we have so much of likes and dislikes.

We have so much of desires too – desire to control the event, desire to change the other person etc.

Why there is always disharmony in us?

It is because we always have the desire to control or change other person.

There is desire for approval too.

We are leading our lives for the sake of others.

Even though we are fully secured, we want to save money. There is no limit for needs and desires.

If I like I will move with that person and if I do not like that person I will move away from him.

Whatever event comes to me then I decide that it should happen in a certain way and try to frame that event.

I always resist what is given to me.

I am afraid that I will be joyful and happy

Can we be without these desires?

Whatever the course the life takes let it take.

Can I watch my life myself like I watch the waves of the sea? Why I am not able to do this?

What is preventing me from observing my own life?

Because I fear that I may get back joy and innocence. Whatever the joy and innocence I had when I was five years old, I fear that I might get that back.

Though we are seekers of joy and happiness, we are not the seekers of innocence.

Is it possible to get childlike happiness?

For that there is a mantra. That is NAMASHIVAYAM.

This should be chanted in sets of five.

As I chant this mantra continuously all my desires turn into ashes.

The fear of death or the feeling of insecurity will go off.

I will come to know that I am nothing but Shiva, the ever-happy person.

Shiva means Mangalam, the person who is truly happy.

Keep the fire under control

OM HREEM TAHA

Health matters

This mantra reduces the body heat. Thus, it is a good mantra for fever.

The process of oxygen intake and carbon dioxide excretion will take place wonderfully by chanting this mantra.

Every cell will get required oxygen because the mantra will directly activate the lungs and purifies the blood.

OM HREEM TAHA – Taha means cancel.

Anger inside you

Why the body is hot always? That means there is a lot of anger inside.

Heat means red and red signifies anger. When there is suppressed anger, the whole body would be very hot. It tries to escape from the body.

When there is fire atmosphere, when a lot of fighting happens inside your house, keep chanting OM HREEM TAHA and all will calm down.

Incidents of Fire

While watching TV, if you see a fire accident, you can chant OM HREEM TAHA by looking at the TV scene. Then fire will get reduced. This mantra is a real fire extinguisher.

At the time of a volcano eruption you can chant this mantra.

Taha arrests the anger. We will be able to face the anger and win the anger too.

Chant OM

Shanti

Thank you for the prompt response. I just wanted to know whether I have to chant OM with proper breath control or as a mantra continuously and is there any limit to how many times it should be chanted or can I chant it anytime anywhere and any number of times.

Naran

No posture needed for chanting OM. Chant any number of times.

Explanation

Sound is the creator of Form (Cymatics science).

Om is the primordial sound which creates this world with the perfect sacred geometry. The primordial sound, which is the creator of this world and which is behind every birth, is the creator of perfect form (body).

Since, the person had abortion there is some disorder in the formation of foetus. Hence, she was suggested Om, the creator of perfect form.

“I am the syllable Om. I am the sound in ether and manhood in men” – Bhagavad Gita chapter 7 Sloka 8.

Unshaken by earthquakes

R Mohan

Thrice, I was unmoved

A year back, I was working late night (I am lazy, but sometimes I do work:)

Around 1.30 AM, I heard voices outside my flat. I found my neighbors were standing outside the apartment complex. When I enquired for the reasons, they wondered how come I didn’t feel the earth quake.

I didn’t wonder.  Why?

Yesterday (11-4-2012), I was having lunch in a hotel. I heard the table shaking a tiny bit. I thought it might be due to my restless legs hitting against the table. None of the people eating alongside me felt anything, while in the neighborhood everybody felt it.

When I went out, I saw several people were standing in the road. The hotel owner ran up to me and whispered in my ears that there were earth tremors around the city. We didn’t have anything in the hotel.

In the late afternoon, while I was watching TV, I saw again my neighbors coming out of the apartment. They were once again surprised.

I didn’t wonder. Why?

I was chanting the mantra for protection

I was listening to ‘OM HOWM VUM JOOM SAHA’ CD (running time is 3 minutes) for the last two years, based on Naran’s suggestion that this mantra has the capacity to shake away the earth quacks and any natural calamities.

Bach Flower Remedies for Divine Grace

For those who are not comfortable pronouncing this mantra, he suggests to keep in every residence the Bach Flower Remedies:

  • STAR OF BETHLEHEM: shock-absorber and
  • ROCK ROSE (what happens when you panic? You shake. It is a sudden loss of control. Earthquake is nothing but the earth-shaking): to restore control.
  • SWEET CHESTNUT: to have Divine grace. The Divine grace is nothing but the infinite flow of Divine love. Where there is flow of love one is always under the constant protection of the Divine from any calamities.

While others were shaking with fear, she was on a lifting mood

Malini took the Bach Flower remedy SWEET CHESTNUT just a few minutes before the first tremor in Chennai. Her boss asked her to go out and get him something from the local shop. While she was buying the stuff outside, the tremor was felt. People working in her building came out of it, fearing some calamity. Without realizing the issue, she happily went back to her office, using the lift.

Time to shake our cords

Why not join me to shake your cords (Divine Links) a little bit in the upcoming NARAN’S workshop on  ‘Strengthening Your Relationship Cords’  on April 21st from 10 AM TO 1 PM (participant fees Rs.500/-).

It will improve every aspect of our life, including avoiding earth quakes, for the exercise on cords strengthening ends with forming a strong bond between us and the Mother Earth.

My husband drives me nuts

It was 10 pm when I received a call from Shanthi. She was desperate, worn down and very angry about her husband. Just then she had a big fight with him. In a fit of anger he pushed her out from their house and locked himself from inside. Nowhere to go, feeling desolate and angry, she called me.

To bring her anger down, I asked her to chant, “Om Hreem Taha” (this mantra will reduce anger)

In addition, I asked her to chant the mantra, “Guru Gugan Kodi Kodi Lavanyam”.  She chanted both the mantras and went back home.

She was surprised to found the house door open, with lights on and her husband waiting for her. Before Shanthi spoke a word her husband apologised to her for his rude behaviour. In addition, he served her dinner.

The purpose of the Guru Gugan mantra is to increase our self-esteem and self-love. Shanthi required it as she found it difficult to digest her husband’s rude behaviour.

Naran

Question to Naran

“I have lots of fear and negativity about everything. Also facing relationship problems and psychosomatic symptoms. Everyone around me dislikes me. Please help me with some mantras.”

Answer from Naran

I asked her to chant Guru Guhan mantra as it will increase love inside her heart, which in turn will attract the love from outside.

Guru Guhan Kodi Kodi Lavanyam

This mantra works on the heart chakra. It is for Lord Subramanya Swamy (Muruga).

The meaning behind it is: Guru Guhan (in cave), Kodi Kodi (millions and millions of rays of light) and Lavanyam (most beautiful – Lavanyam).

Yam in “Lavanyam” releases the feeling of sadness and unwanted attachment in a relationship.

Whenever you feel distressed about your son, daughter and husband, this mantra will release attachment, while your love for them will be sustained. We should understand the difference between love and attachment. Out of attachment we direct or control our children. After detachment, you can continue to regulate them. You will know what to say and how to say.

Be an All-Time Winner

Ambika Anaadhi Nithanaa Ashwaroodaa Aparaajithaa

Aparaajithaa means invincible. Aparaajithaa is a winning energy which always will bring success to you.

When I loose my control, Ashwaroodaa will bring back the composure to me. Ashwaroodaa is the one deity that rules the mind. Ashwa means horse, which represents our mind. Like horse, our mind will go fast here and there. To control it, we have to sit on top of it and control the reins. By chanting this mantra, you are activating the Devi inside you – that part of you which controls your mind. We can definitely have a control over mind like Ashwaroodaa.

Ambika means universal mother.

If your mind is controlled then you are always the winner. That energy is sleeping within you. The winner energy is activated by chanting the mantra and you become the Winner.

Application of this Mantra

When your child is studying for the exam, he may not be willing to chant this mantra, which would help him to do well in the exam. Therefore, take a glass of water, hold it in your hands and chant this mantra. The water will get energized with this mantra. Give the mantra water to your child.

If your child is staying outside the city, then spray the water on photograph of your child. Or take the photograph and chant the mantra.

This mantra is useful for all interviews and competitive exams.

With the help of the Universal Mother your heart expands and therefore you will be Winner All the Time and Anywhere!
