Self-protection is essential
Naran
To have self-protection, chant the mantra, “OM JOOM SAHA SAHA JOOM OM”.
After chanting this mantra for some time you have to intend that it forms a protective shield around the aura for the next twenty-four hours of that person.
Outermost layer of the aura is in gold color, and this mantra also produces gold color.
This mantra is a divine protection and it protects us from evil eye. It is also called divine armor.
It is also good mantra for fear. Saha removes fear. It will remove even fear of death. When you go out or someone in your house goes out, you can chant this mantra and affirm “be active in the outermost layer of so and so for the next 24 hours, by giving necessary divine protection.”
Joom increases one’s immunity and vitality. Jha word is Lord Vishnu’s word. The power of Vishnu is given in the word Joom.

Ramam Rama Badram Rama Chandram
Naran
Some children have fears and insecurities like fear of talking to somebody, not able to taking major decisions, managing time and so on.
All of them indicate low self-esteem. It is not low self-confidence. They will have reluctance in going about their life.
Who will have more of this problem? Those who have failed in life many times will feel so. Mind will become weak.
Mind means Solar Plexus (Chakra). If you strengthen it, high self-esteem will come. Without any hesitation, if you think you are right, then you should do it – RAMAM.
More you say Ramam then RAMA BADRAM will come. Badram means comfortable. So you will lead a comfortable life.
RAMA CHANDRAM means you will get life. It will get brighter.
From victim state it will help us to come out. We keep struggling so much. Then we will start feeling dejected. Then this mantra will help you to come out of it.
Solve your life issues
What are the Bija mantras?
They are: Om Lum Namaha, Om Vum Namaha, Om Rum Namaha, Om Yum Namaha, Om Hum Namaha
All these five Bija mantras are chanted in the order mentioned. They go to the source of problems. Sometime even after taking so many different medicines a disease will not be cured. At that time, if the Bija mantras are chanted in this order continuously, they will heal the issue.
How can we use Bija Mantras
The mantras can be chanted over a glass of water, say about 100 times and can be given to the person who has a problem.
If we want to balance this centre (or your house) we can chant these mantras.
For us, to balance our chakras this mantra will be helpful.
Bija mantras activate our chakras
The chakras have petals. Basic chakra has 4 petals, the Hara chakra has 6, solar plexus has 10, heart chakra has 12, and throat chakra has 16 petals. When we chant Bija mantras, the petals of chakras open up to receive the energy. So we can chant the mantras any number of times.
Chakras are connected to our body organs
Each and every chakra is connected to the organs/glands and some life issues attached to them. When you chant these Bija mantras continuously the organs, glands and life issues are healed. Do not chant them separately because all these Bija mantras form a cycle.
It is better to chant them together in the right order. Because the moment you chant Lum, immediately the next chakra (Hara) readies itself for its mantra as it expects that its own mantra (Vum) will be chanted next.
In addition, the moment one chakra is activated simultaneously the other chakras are also activated too. In the same way, if one chakra has a problem then all the other chakras will also have problems too. So it is better to chant all the Bija mantras in the order mentioned.
Right Inspiration
Rahul
Is it NAMASHIVAYA or NAMASHIVAYAM? What is difference between both?
Naran
When you chant NAMASHIVAYAM, it activates your right brain, the part of the brain that stores memories in images only. The connection to the Divine immediately happens. Right inspiration will happen as per the words.
In all the mantras I suggested, “M” is added (to activate the right brain)
Cold relief
Sathya
Is there any switch word to relieve from cold? I am suffering from it for the past one year. Some term it as starting stage of wheezing.
Naran
- You have to take RUBY and PEARL– both are available in the form of pills at the centre.
- In the meantime, chant SAHN SAHN JO LEW BHA YOW VU

Prevent falling into bad company
Naran
To protect a person from falling into the bad company – ACHUDAM ANANDAM GOVINDAM is the mantra. This is for people not to fall into bad company or for not attracting bad company.
Achudam Anandam will work inside the brain. The command from brain should go in the right direction to the ear, and then only the person will be a good person.
You can do it for others using glass of water method.
That is why after the thread ceremony, the person is asked to perform the Sandhya Vandhanam, in which the first mantra is “Achuthaya Namaha Ananthaya Namaha Govindhaya Namaha”.
The thread ceremony is performed not to fall into the bad company.

Stability in office
This mantra is for stability. When you are not sure of the position in the office or when you are afraid you will be transferred, this mantra will help.
To open the eyes of one, who is going on wrong path, this mantra can be used.
Loss in business
This mantra is also for abundance. That is, it will stop the loss. If we keep chanting this, for any loss-making business, it will stem the loss. Then profitability would start coming and business will become stable.
Going on the wrong path
Question: When someone is going on wrong path, can we chant for the person – to open their eyes? Can we just say their name and chant this for them?
Yes, that is right. That is all we can do. Or you can also chant over a glass of water and give to that person.
This mantra is based on Bhagavat Geetha, 16th chapter, 23rdSloka. Though, you cannot find this meaning in any of the commentaries. This is the mantra that makes a person go on the right path.
